Self-improvement has become a huge part of my life.
It's led to me making more bread 💲, having healthier relationships 🤝, and being more happy overall 😎.
One huge part of the journey has been learning to increase testosterone naturally because it allows the male body to be at top level.
Let me share 3 tips I've learned for increasing testosterone naturally👇
1) Sleep more
Lack of sleep increasing stress a lot.
Stress causes your body to produce another hormone called cortisol which blocks your body from using testosterone.
Better sleep hygiene will increase your testosterone levels big time.
I recommend no less than 6 hours a night; I sleep 8 hours a night.

2) Squat (heavy)
It's scientifically proven that lifting legs increases testosterone.
The more powerfully you engage your legs, the more testosterone your body will produce.
Barbell squat is the most effective leg workout ever invented.
Your body will respond to squatting heavy by producing a lot of extra testosterone.

3) Eat carbs
Keto is stupid bro.
I won't go into detail because I'd need a whole separate blog post to explain this.
High carb diets supplemented with good amounts of protein are scientifically proven to raise testosterone levels.
Not eating carbs literally turns you into a low-testosterone soy-boy.
Don't be a soy-boy.
Eat carbs.
