The sounds with a period at the start are Mac OS duplicates, as you can see you have two of each sound.. one of which doesn’t make noise and is the duplicate (I don’t know why that happens but they don’t make noise).
It’s not all or most of the sounds, based on what you seem to be experiencing.
The sounds with no period at the start will play with no issue which means you have a full kit of working sounds just like every other purchaser 🙏🙏.
